Benefits of membership / Why you should join

Members will
1. Recieve at subsidized rates, market intelligence and research reports
2. Be assisted ingaining access to foreign and local BPO markets
3. Be assisted in identifying partners for joint ventures and assist in locating funding sources for local partners
4. Have a focal point for members to channel their concerns to government and recieve action on concerns

There are four(4) categories of membership:

≈ Ordinary Members -
An ordinary member must be a company registered under the laws of Ghana.

Subscription levels available are Bronze [$200 USD], Silver [$500 USD] and Gold [$1,000 USD]

• Voting rights are as follows:
• Bronze - 1
• Silver - 6
• Gold - 10

≈ Affiliate members -
Reserved for companies that are not in the core area of information technology services but provide services affiliated to IT services such as

- Non-governmental organizations
- Government organizations
- Banks/Financial institutions
- Venture capital companies
- Research institutions
- Management consultants
- Non-profit organizations
- Societies engaged in promotion of IT
- Infrastructure providers - Real estate firms
- Companies providing services to the IT industry

≈ Honorary members -
Reserved for persons who, in the opinion of the Executive Council, have rendered signal service to the Association or any of the objects which the Association is formed to promote. Have the same rights as an affiliate member, unless admitted as an ordinary member.

≈ Sponsor members -
These are Companies or individuals that may donate cash to the Association. It is awarded for 1 year and is renewable.
